A little about me…I am extremely passionate about all things health and wellness, from a young age exercise and nutrition have always been important. After many years of going through my own health struggles (digestive distress, acne, anxiety, depression, parasites, and most recently SIBO), I decided I wanted to work in the health field and be able to help others facing similar challenges. I know what it’s like to feel alone, discouraged, and flat-out sick. I know what it’s like to be in and out of doctors’ offices, test after test without any answers, and too many antibiotics. Unfortunately, the modern health care system’s scope is limited and cannot provide root cause analysis or preventative care. Doctors simply are not able to spend enough time with their patients. That’s where holistic medicine comes in. In holistic medicine, practitioners are able to listen to their patients and get a full history of what they’ve been through. We recognize that each individual has unique needs and requires a personalized approach.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I work one on one with clients and helping them achieve their health goals. I strongly believe in the healing power of food and plants, both of which form the core of my practice. My education and experience have made me more aware and in control of my body, mind, and spirit, in awe of the human body’s inner workings, and more than ever motivated to help others reach their highest potential. I believe that health is more than a physical state of being, but a mindset and lifestyle in which the standard of feeling “ok” can be challenged to a point of actualizing one’s own personal potential to feel their best. About Me

Through my own personal health struggles, I was drawn to working in Holistic Medicine. While traveling abroad, I began to develop what would become a long-term struggle with digestive health. As my symptoms intensified, I was in and out of Doctor’s offices searching for answers without any success. I started to look outside the limits of conventional medicine and ended up finding a naturopath who was able to give me a diagnosis – finally! I was then able to start my healing journey. Paying close attention to food and lifestyle (the pinnacles of holistic health) has been vital in this process. My continued personal health journey has fuelled my passion for helping others achieve balance and optimal wellness.

My protocols are meant to be easy to follow and built around you and your lifestyle and preferences. I hope to motivate and empower you to take charge of your own health. I will help you become more in tune with your body and help to increase your sense of self-awareness which naturally results in an increased motivation to form lasting healthy habits.

What I do

I help clients through a holistic and individual framework, evaluating each individuals complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle, and dietary habits. I then work to determine the root cause, remove the obstacles to health, and help to stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal itself. In my easy to follow protocols, I focus on whole foods and lifestyle modifications complemented with therapeutic supplements and herbs. Rather than using “diets,” I focus on having my clients form lasting healthy habits. In addition to giving my clients the tools, motivation, and education they need, I keep them accountable every step of the way and strives for their success!
